退换政策：
- 所有符合客人个人尺码的货品，均不支持退换。
- 于2024年起，工作室将不再提供转卖平台。
- 如有同款现货，客人仅想更换尺码，则来回运费由买方负责。货物需保持完整无损。预订产品不支持退换！
- 除非订单运送到加利福尼亚州，否则不收取销售税。
- 如果您对我们的退换政策有任何疑问或建议，请随时与我们联系。
赔偿标注：
- 如快递未被进行扫描，且在两周之内未有任何消息，本店将为客人重新订货或退换成商店余额。不予以全额退款，请知悉！
- 如快递显示送达但实际并未收到货物，请勿对本店工作人员进行人身攻击。本店将以积极态度为客人提供处理方式，请客人积极配合找回（在收件时效内尽快处理，找回可能性非常大！）
- 如快递因各种不可抗因素实在无法找回，我们对包裹丢失概不负责。客户有责任与运输公司联系寻求帮助。
- 特此声明：请仔细阅读本文件、备注内容和说明，如客户一旦交货到我司，即视同客户已详细阅读过此价格表、备注内容及其说明，并接受其条款的约束！

Compensation terms:
- If the express delivery has not been scanned and there is no any delivery information within two weeks, our store will re-order or return the store credit for the customer. No full refund, please know!
- If the official express website shows delivered but the package have not actually been received, please do not personally attack the staff of our store. Our store will provide customer with a positive attitude to deal with it. Please actively cooperate with the recovery (deal with it as soon as possible within the time limit of receipt, and the possibility of retrieval is very high!)
- If the package cannot be recovered due to various force majeure factors, We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
- Hereby declare: Please read this document, notes and instructions carefully. If the goods delivery to our company, it is deemed that the customer has read this price list, notes and instructions in detail, and is bound by its terms!
- There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to California.
