发货标准与免责声明

本店主营日韩商品采购,预订款默认下单后15-25天抵达洛杉矶,请勿在该时效内进行催促,正常订货过程不予以任何退款或换款。如因断货延误或停产等不确定因素,店主会及时提醒是否进行退款、换款或留作商店余额。

本店只对每一笔美国境内订单满150美金的货物包邮,更高金额的订单默认货满才发;如需分批次发货,无论是否满足$150,其余货物所产生的运费自行负责。

本店默认快递为美国国营快递USPS, 如包裹价值过高,需投运费险请提前告知店主,保险费自理。如需改为UPS邮寄,也请在下单后提醒店主提前做好备注。

国洛杉矶发货时效:美西(邮编8-91-3天;美中(邮编4-72-5天;美东(邮编0-32-7天;如需寄特快快递,可补快递差价。由于美国快递不稳定性,法定节假日等因素,所提供时效仅供参考,具体时效以到货时间为准!

由于海外代购特殊性,无论现货或预订商品,收货之后不退不换,不代转卖

赔偿标注:

1、如快递未被进行扫描,且在两周之内未有任何消息,本店将为客人重新订货或退换成商店余额。不予以全额退款,请知悉!

2、如快递显示送达但实际并未收到货物,请勿对本店工作人员进行人身攻击。本店将以积极态度为客人提供处理方式,请客人积极配合找回(在收件时效内尽快处理,找回可能性非常大!)

3如快递因各种不可抗因素实在无法找回,本店将会以客人是否有无投运费险为标准,向快递公司提供文件索赔。最终赔偿金额以快递方提供的退款标准,原数退返给客人。(赔偿金额参考:$50-所有货物价值)

Shipping Standards and Disclaimer

Our store mainly purchases Japanese and Korean goods. The pre-ordered products will arrive in Los Angeles 15-25 days after the order is placed by default. Please do not urge it within the time limit. No refund or exchange will be given during the normal order process. If there are uncertainties such as delay or suspension of production due to out-of-stock, our store will promptly remind the customer whether to refund, exchange or keep it as a store credit.

Our store only offers free shipping for each order over $150 in the United States, and orders with a higher amount will not be sent until the goods are full by default. If you need to ship in batches, whether you meet $150 or not, you will be responsible for the freight incurred for the rest of the goods.

The default express of our store is the U.S. state-owned express USPS. If the value of the package is too high, the customer need to pay for freight insurance, please inform the owner in advance, and the insurance premium is at your own expense. If the customer need to change it to UPS mail, please also remind the store owner to make notes in advance after placing the order.

Delivery time limit in Los Angeles, United States:Postal Code 8-9, 1-3 days; Postal Code 4-7, 2-5 days; Postcode 0-3, 2-7 days; If the customer need to send express delivery, the customer should responsible for excess express delivery costs. Due to the instability of express delivery in the United States, statutory holidays and other factors, the time limit provided is for reference only, and the specific time limit is subject to the arrival time!

Due to the particularity of overseas purchasing, no matter in stock or pre-ordered goods, our store will not be returned or exchanged or resold after receipt.

Compensation terms:

  1. If the express delivery has not been scanned and there is no any delivery information within two weeks, our store will re-order or return the store credit for the customer. No full refund, please know!
  2. If the official express website shows delivered but the package have not actually been received, please do not personally attack the staff of our store. Our store will provide customer with a positive attitude to deal with it. Please actively cooperate with the recovery (deal with it as soon as possible within the time limit of receipt, and the possibility of retrieval is very high!)
  3. If the package cannot be recovered due to various force majeure factors, our store will provide documents to the express company for compensation based on whether the customer has freight insurance or not. The final amount of compensation is based on the refund standard provided by the courier, and the original amount is returned to the customer.
